Take all reasonable precautions to maintain the health and safety of our staff, customers and the public.

Complete the agreed job within the timescale and to the booking details.

Share your booking form with you to ensure we are both happy with the job to do.

Keep your details safe and not share them with anyone.

Provide clear and accurate pricing.

By enlisting Little Wren Services you agree to:

Give full instruction to Little Wren Services.

Not put anyone at undue or known risk.

Payment terms within 7 days of invoicing and discrepancies made directly by phone or email within 24 hours of work completion.

General Terms:

Cancellation must be given no less than 24 hours before appointment. Less than 24 hours- charges will apply.

Minimum charge 2 hours unless otherwise agreed.

Appointment slot duration may only be exceeded at the discretion of Little Wren Services.

Items will remain the property of Little Wren Services until paid for in full.

Travel of 30 miles from YO25 8, mileage charges apply.

Disposal not included unless specified- additional charges will apply if disposal required.

Prior advice of hazardous/ dangerous substances and chemicals must be given.

Little Wren Services and any employees reserve the right to refuse or terminate agreements or work at any point.

For tree felling or cutting over 3m high, additional 3rd party sub contractors may be required.

Volunteering is done at the discretion of Little Wren Services and subject to availability.
